PayPoint’s call centre is open 365 days a year from 8.00am to 10.00pm. Fully trained operators are available to provide answers for all terminal transaction and banking queries.
PayPoint operates a team of Field Service Executives to provide front-line support to PayPoint stores across Ireland. As well as signing, installing and training new PayPoint retailers, PayPoint’s Field Service Executives also conduct regular support visits to place point-of-sale and promote payment services that will help the retailer to maximise their PayPoint business.
